If you have a question or concern, or need to arrange an exchange or refund, please contact us via our e-mail address. RETURNS AND REFUNDS Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is damage or if you are dissatisfied with the item, please e-mail us stating the reason for return or refund. Please address your returns as soon as possible after receipt of item(s) (within 45 days of receipt) in order to receive a prompt exchange or refund. (Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and all shipping costs.) We suggest that customers return merchandise via UPS or USPS. For any returns on credit card orders, a credit will be issued immediately upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order. DELIVERY All orders are shipped United States Postal Service Priority Mail. All shipping and handling fees are calculated as follows: $4.50 flat charge for all orders plus a $1.00 charge per item/ring ordered. All International orders will be charged an additional $20. and are usually delivered in 5-7 business days. Your credit card will not be debited until the order is shipped. In-stock items are shipped within one business day of our receiving your order. Delivery charges are based on the total merchandise weight per each delivery address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
